Romanian developer Nordis Group has inaugurated its hotel & residence project Hotel Nordis Mamaia 5 ***** following an investment of around €100 million.
The complex features 712 accommodation units, rooms, and apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, and a complete mix of facilities, including a SPA spanning more than 3,200 sqm.
”Nordis Mamaia has facilities that cover an extensive range of relaxation and entertainment services and will be appreciated by tourists from all over the world," said Emanuel Poștoacă, Nordis Group's Founder.
The hotel expects to receive its first guests in the second half of January and will operate all year around. The project’s location between the sea and the lake promotes blue health effects - improving health and mood, regardless of the season, according to the company's representatives.
At present, the company is working on a separate 5-star hotel & resi complex in the mountain resort of Sinaia. Its vision is to develop a chain of hotels in the country’s main resorts.
