Construction work is underway on the 5-star Mearl Hotel in Kołobrzeg on the Polish Baltic coast. The hotel, which is being built right on the beach, will be one of the most luxurious offerings in Pomerania, with 369 high-standard rooms, a spa centre and a range of premium solutions such as a designer club, a cigar smoking room and a sky bar overlooking the sea. The planned opening date is mid-2026.

Hotel Mearl (previously known as Hotel Woźniak Resort & Spa) is being built in Kołobrzeg on Sułkowskiego Street, right next to the beach, on the site of the former ‘Proton’ holiday resort. It will have a total of 369 rooms, including 18 of a suite standard. Guests will have at their disposal two restaurants (including an a'la carte restaurant), a lobby bar and a skybar located on the top floor, offering a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. To cater for premium customers, the design includes features such as a nightclub, a VIP area, a cinema room, a wine bar and a cigar smoking room. The lobby will also feature a luxury boutique, offering selected clothing and accessories from the collections of the most renowned designers. With business guests and events in mind, the Mearl Hotel will also feature a conference area with a spacious shared room that can accommodate up to 400 people and smaller rooms for more intimate meetings.

However, what will distinguish the Mearl Hotel from other luxury facilities in Kołobrzeg will be a 2-level, secluded SPA area with perfectly equipped treatment rooms and a wide range of exclusive spa services. The well-being of guests will be taken care of by professional and experienced staff, selected from the best specialists on the market. Guests will also be able to relax in separate areas - the swimming pool and luxurious saunas.

In keeping with the spirit of sustainable development, the designer - studio KM Rubaszkiewicz - has opted for natural materials and elegant, minimalist architecture. Both the rooms and common areas of the hotel will be finished using a variety of wood species and furnished with equipment from the most renowned manufacturers. Key areas of the facility will also be filled with vibrant vegetation and will be illuminated with plenty of natural light.

The investor is the company Fermy Drobiu Woźniak Sp. z o.o., Europe's largest egg producer. The hotel will be operated by Mearl sp. z o.o.

„When embarking on the development of the Mearl Hotel, we wanted to offer customers something absolutely unique, an experience that would respond to the preferences and needs of even the most demanding guests, both from home and abroad. We want it to be the absolute best hotel in Poland in terms of quality of service," says Zbigniew Woźniak, the investor.
