The shares of Murapol made their debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Thus, this residential developer became the 413th company listed on the Main Market and the 10th debut on this market in 2023.

The debut on the Warsaw trading floor is the result of a successful public offering of shares, the value of which reached approximately PLN 404 million. The company's capitalisation, resulting from the final price of the shares sold in the offering, now reaches approximately PLN 1.35 billion, which is a significant value on the market. The offering included only existing shares, sold by the company's majority shareholder, AEREF V PL Investment S.à r.l., an entity belonging to the real estate funds managed by Ares Management.

Commenting on the event, Nikodem Iskra, president of the Murapol Group, said: "For more than 22 years, the Murapol Group has been successfully co-creating the Polish residential market, and today it joins the group of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. This is a special day for us - we are starting a new stage in the development of our company, with new shareholders on board. These include foreign investors as well as domestic funds and a large number of individual investors. The stock exchange is a step that undoubtedly opens up new opportunities for growth, especially in relations with the financial markets and the company's shareholders. The discussions during the offering, the confrontation of our vision of development, and what makes Murapol different, from the market expectations, confirmed our conviction that we are heading in the right direction. We believe that the market's favour and interest in our business have brought about the success of the offer. We have a number of competitive advantages, including a well-established market position, a product offering aimed at a wide range of customers and a proven business model that has also proved successful during a volatile economic climate. We also have a clear strategy for the further development of the Murapol Group, which we believe will enable us to build value for all shareholders."

Murapol is a nationwide developer specialising in residential construction. The group operates in 19 cities, which includes completed investments, under construction or in preparation. By September 2023, Murapol can boast the completion of 411 buildings and the sale of approximately 29,800 units.

The company's key strength is its geographical diversification, encompassing both metropolitan and smaller regional centres. It is worth noting that according to its market valuation, Murapol ranks an impressive 5th among the largest developers listed on the WSE.
