Property Forum is proud to present the second edition of its annual publication, once again celebrating the movers and shakers shaping the constantly evolving CEE real estate market. To access the publication, please click here.

In the publication, you’ll find an updated selection of the 100 most influential figures in the region, complemented by interviews and expert insights covering today’s most relevant market topics. This year’s list was compiled using a similar methodology as last year — taking into account market share, local and international rankings, recent and ongoing transactions, expansion plans, participation in the major deals of 2025, as well as overall visibility across media, events, and social platforms.

We are also continuing our focus on the people driving communication within the industry. Our dedicated section featuring the most active real estate marketing professionals returns this year, recognising their crucial role in shaping brand reputation, public perception, and the sector’s wider narrative. Their work often remains behind the scenes — we believe it deserves to be brought to the forefront.

We hope you enjoy exploring this year’s edition as much as we enjoyed creating it, and we look forward to seeing how the landscape evolves ahead of the 2026 update, as new leaders, innovators, and dealmakers continue to redefine the market.
