Real estate developer London Partners is to invest €26 million in SoHo Unirii residential project in Central Bucharest, which will have a total of 236 apartments. Construction works started this summer and completion is scheduled for Q1 2019.
Sales of the SoHo Unirii project started in November 2017 and its occupancy rate currently reaches 15%. The project is built by Ayka Construction, which was also the contractor for the InCity Residence compound developed by Anchor Grup, zf.ro reports.
London Partners is a real estate development company which is part of an international group carrying out investments of over $1 billion in several market sectors. The group has been present in Romania since 1994. London Partners Romania plans to set off a new residential project in 2018.
