Liebrecht & wooD will kick off this summer the construction of the second phase of its residential complex near Bucharest.
The company plans to invest around €6 million in the construction of 39 houses, which will be added to the existing stock of 94 houses.
The complex already includes a range of facilities for residents such as a semi-Olympic swimming pool, extensive green spaces and an educational centre.
“For us, this is an important step in consolidating the long-term vision, which positions this project as a reference destination on the residential market in the eastern area of Bucharest,” says Patrick Van Den Bossche, Founder & Managing Director of Liebrecht & wooD.
