Hungarian construction company Kesz Group has expanded in the Romanian residential segment and will start its first housing project in northern Bucharest. Following this move, the group will act as a construction and developer player on the local market.

The developer has selected Fortim Trusted Advisor as exclusive agent for its first residential project Corallis.

“We have analysed the purchasing power and demand of the Romanian market and we see an evolution in terms of technologies, quality of materials and the sustainable perspective of new developments, in line with our company's values and objectives,” said Tatár Zsolt, Real Estate Development Manager at Kesz Romania.

The group expects to kick off the construction of the residential project in H1 2024 pending permitting. The complex will feature 230 apartments and will meet BREEAM Excellent criteria.

During the years, Kesz Group has worked on various office and residential projects in Bucharest and regional cities.
