Developer JTRE has started construction on the Ganz House project, reports Yimba.sk. The project is part of Eurovea City between Landererová Street and the Danube embankment.

If the multifunctional complex will be executed in terms of the presented CGIs, it will be an interesting realisation in the location. The investor organised an architectural competition to solve the atypical and shape-challenging space. Domestic and foreign studios took part, and the Bratislava office Compass won.

The project will consist of two parts. Towards the south of Pribinová Street with the best conditions for construction, a residential part with eight floors will be created with 65 high-end units.

In the narrow space between Pribinová and Čulenová Streets, the office part will be located, with 10,000 sqm of office space on 9 floors. A green terrace will be created on the roof. The complex should be supplemented with 2,000 sqm of commercial space on the two-floor parter from Pribinová Street. 200 parking spaces will serve the building users.

The investor had a valid building permit issued for a long time, but it started construction only a few weeks ago. Currently, groundworks and excavation of a construction pit are being executed. According to JTRE, construction should be completed in 2026.
