InteRo Property Development, owned by the Canadian Topolinski Family, has planned investments in northern Bucharest that will exceed €170 million.

The company has received the building permit for a luxury smart home complex with 160 apartments in the northern part of the city and will start construction in the following weeks. Also, the developer expects to receive the building permit for another residential complex comprising 180 apartments that will meet nZEB standards.

“This is a good time to build, as costs are more controlled, and real estate remains a solid investment in a maturing market like Romania,” said Michael Topolinski III, Founder of InteRo Property Development.

Furthermore, InteRo Property Development will soon close the acquisition of a 4.5-hectare plot of land in Otopeni area where it plans to develop more than 400 apartments in the next years.
