Infogroup has completed a new industrial hall spanning 15,000 sqm in IGPark Kecskemét South and development for a new building in the same project will start later this year.
The build-to-suit hall was developed for international automotive supplier MOBIS.
”We are confident that the operation of this building will have a positive impact not only for Mobis but also for the local economy,” said Balázs Czifra, Director of Sales and Asset Management at Infogroup.
At present, Infogroup is developing a 11,000 sqm light industrial service hall in Miskolc, a 12,000 sqm warehouse in Tiszaújváros and a 23,000 sqm hall in Debrecen.
