Romania's Impact Developer & Contractor says it will kick off the construction of another 326 apartments in Greenfield Băneasa, while its total development pipeline in Romania will reach 2,707 residential units in all projects by year-end.
At present, the company has obtained construction permits for 1,305 new residential units within its complex based in northern Bucharest.
“The launch of the new phase of Greenfield Băneasa comes in response to the increasing demand for apartments on the complex embraced by the forest, with completed units being sold already,” said Constantin Sebeșanu, CEO of Impact Developer & Contractor. The company aims to complete its pipeline of apartments by 2023.
In a bid to fund the development program, company shareholders have backed the move to increase the share capital by up to 193,750,000 lei (€39.2 million) in the next year.
Impact shares were up 3.25% to 0.63 lei on Wednesday afternoon trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
