Chinese developer and investor group Xanga has been progressing with its new hotel project in Debrecen reaching the highest point of the building. Ibis Styles Debrecen Airport will offer 73 rooms and 20 suits and is expected to open in the second half of 2025.
Xanga Investment & Development Group has been developing turn-key industrial and logistics buildings for over two decades in this Eastern city of Hungary. This made a lot of international manufacturers relocate some of their capacities.
Xanga has overseen the operations at the local airport and the group developed 30,000 sqm of cargo, logistics and office space there.
The new hotel will significantly boost the local commercial business and international tourism. This will be the second hotel in the city operated by French giant Accor.
