Hungary's recent parliamentary elections have placed the country back in the conversation for international real estate investors. The end of the Orbán era — and the prospect of renewed EU relations, unlocked cohesion funds, and a more stable regulatory environment — makes this a moment worth examining closely. Join Property Forum for a free, expert-led webinar today at 14:00 CEST to assess what the new political landscape means for real estate investors, occupiers, and developers active in or considering Hungary.

This webinar is free to attend and open to all real estate professionals. Whether you are actively invested in Hungary, monitoring the market from the sidelines, or considering the region for the first time, this is a timely and practical briefing from people who know the market best.

  • Katarzyna Rzentarzewska, Chief CEE Analyst, Erste Group Research
  • Gábor Borbély, Senior Director, Head of Research CEE, CBRE

These presentations will be followed by a panel of investment and financing professionals who will share their perspective on Hungary's re-emerging investment case. The panel will feature:

  • Adrian Karczewicz, Head of Divestments CEE, Skanska
  • Manuel Simon, Head of Investment Real Estate, VIG Fund / Vienna Insurance Group AG
