Hagag Development Europe has resumed construction works for Phase I of its H East Residence project and plans to deliver the first homes in Q4 2026, following an investment of €43 million.

The developer has secured a new building permit, allowing for significant upgrades to the façade design and optimization of interior partitions.

The first phase will comprise a total of 273 apartments, supported by 400 underground and above-ground parking spaces, 2,000 sqm of commercial space, electric vehicle charging points, a playground, and over 2,000 sqm of green areas.

Andreea Dumitru, CMO at Hagag Development Europe, said: “We are resuming the site in a very favourable context for our company, as over 50% of the units available for sale are now pre-contracted, respectively reserved, while our team is dealing with an increasing demand volume. (...) We expect to keep this brisk pace of sales in the upcoming months as well, and deliver a sold-out phase I by the time of completion.”

Once completed, H East Residence will feature 568 residential units.
