Gran Via Real Estate announced the acquisition of a new plot in Bucharest for residential development.

"The new land with an area of 2,395 sqm will allow us to build a project of 90 apartments, for which we plan to start construction this year, with 24 months delivery date from the moment we are going to start", says Antoanela Comsa, General Manager, Gran Via Romania.

The new project will put two and three-room apartments on the market, with a direct view of Plumbuita lake and park. Neither the transaction value nor the investment in the project was made public.

Last year, the Spanish developer sold 478 residential units, with a total value of €44.2 million, and delivered so far 2.000 apartments on the Romanian market.
