Property Forum is happy to announce the third edition of its annual listing of the 50 most influential people on the Romanian market. To access the publication, click here.

The publication lists the 50 most influential people in Romania’s real estate market, in addition to a number of interviews providing valuable insight into a large variety of topics. The list has been put together based on various criteria, such as market share, local and global rankings, past and current market activity, expansion plans, participation in deals that defined 2022 and the first months of 2023, media and event appearances and social media activity.

This year, we also decided to include two additional lists. One of them introduces the 10 most active marketing professionals in real estate, for the second year in a row. Their tireless work plays a crucial role in their own company’s and the real estate market’s perception within the business sector and, naturally, we’re happy to celebrate that. The second additional list includes a summary of a few ESG strategies worth keeping an eye on. These companies are frontrunners in the race toward a net-zero world, and we figured it was high time to dedicate some pages to them.

We hope that you’ll find as much pleasure in reading these pages as much as we enjoyed creating them, and we look forward to many more editions to come.
