Hospitality group Mogotel has signed a partnership with Romanian developer Monarc Properties for the opening of the first Radisson Blu hotel in the seaside resort Mamaia.

Monarc Properties’ project will feature a 230-room hotel as well as 102 branded residences.

“This ambitious project, operated by Mogotel and developed by Monarc Properties, will transform the region by offering standards of excellence and attracting tourists from all over the world. The constant support of the local authorities denotes the total trust shown in this project," said Alexandru Manea, CEO of Monarc Properties.

The selection process for the hotel operator was supported by Mircea Ioan Draghici, Managing Partner of Est Hospitality Consulting.

Mogotel operates 24 hotels in nine countries and the project in Mamaia marks the company’s entry on the local market.
