The new last-mile facility, Faedra22 Park will offer 14,500 sqm of flexible light industrial and logistics space with technical solutions to meet tenant-specific needs.

The construction of the Class A warehouse and office building started in spring 2022. The new facility will be delivered in the first quarter of 2023, as an investment by Faedra Group, a Hungarian-owned real estate development group. 

The centre will be located in the 22nd district, at the junction of the M0-M6 and 6 main roads, less than 15 km from the city centre, and easily accessible by public transport. The building is also ideal for last-mile logistics operations.

With tenant-specific technical and expansion requirements in mind, the building can accommodate light industrial and logistics operations. The park offers units from 1,900 sqm with associated office space. The installation of systems supporting green solutions (solar panels, electric chargers, smart metering) is also being prepared.
