Eika Real Estate Fund (EREF), managed by Eika Asset Management, has acquired its first office property in Poland, the Komandorska 12 business centre in Wrocław. The move expands the fund's commercial real estate portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe.
The building offers 4,139 sqm of office space and is situated in central Wrocław, adjacent to the city's main railway station and the Wroclavia shopping centre. Certified LEED Gold, the property houses a range of international tenants including MSI, Randstad, Valmet, Systra and Żabka.
"We invest in assets that create long-term value for our investors. Komandorska 12 stands out thanks to its prime location in Wrocław, strong tenant base, high-quality building standards and excellent long-term value potential. Although vacancy rates in Wrocław's office market are currently increasing, premium office buildings in strategic locations continue to enjoy stable demand and remain resilient to market fluctuations," said Paulius Stulgaitis, Fund Manager at Eika Asset Management.
The acquisition was financed by BNP Paribas Bank Polska.
