CTP has transformed a former tire warehouse at CTPark Bor in the Czech Republic into a cutting-edge logistics centre. The newly refurbished 17,500 sqm facility has been prepared to serve a long-time partner, DB Schenker.

The renovation included a complete revitalisation of the existing facility and the construction of new office areas. The project is part of the further development of CTPark Bor, where up to 116,000 sqm of space in six buildings will soon be available.

The renovation included the steam removal of residual rubber vapour from internal surfaces, including the ceiling, walls, and supporting concrete structures, as well as the degreasing of all metal surfaces and cleaning of all internal installations. The most extensive work focused on the floor, which was entirely ground down, re-impregnated, and polished. A new two-floor office mezzanine was also added, together with expanded parking facilities.

CTPark Bor is powered by renewable energy from solar power installations on the roofs of two buildings, with the capacity to cover the park’s total energy consumption. The park’s infrastructure includes electric vehicle charging stations and direct connections to public transportation.

Located in western Bohemia on the E50 motorway, 50 km from Plzeň and 15 km from the Czech-German border, CTPark Bor is a distribution hub for companies serving the Czech, German, and broader European markets. The park offers flexible spaces ranging from 3,000 sqm to 39,000 sqm that can be customised to meet client requirements. CTPark Bor also features CTP’s Clubhaus park community centre, which serves as a hub for clients, their employees, and the local community.
