Local real estate developer Camicna Development has started the construction of Acmanic, a boutique luxury residential project worth €25 million that includes 51 duplex apartments.
The project is slated for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2023 and will be located in Iancu Nicolae area in northern Bucharest.
”Bucharest’s luxury residential market is going through its best period in history, with a market share of 4.6% of the new offer under development, i.e., over 1,500 premium and luxury homes under construction, a record for the segment,” said Andrei Sârbu, CEO of SVN Romania, the consultant of the project.
Acmanic will include heat pumps, solar panels, smart home systems and top finishings as part of its sustainability objectives.
