The Croatian commercial real estate market is strategically located on the Adriatic Sea. It offers investors unique opportunities with a diverse, robust and rapidly growing economy, continued strong demand for tourism and hospitality, and a blend of historic and modern urban development with an emphasis on sustainability.

Led by Klara Matić, Filip Dumbović and Marko Varga, all as Principals, with Klara taking on the role of Managing Director, the management team brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the local market.

Klara Matić, Principal and Managing Director of AY Croatia, said: "We are delighted to join forces with Avison Young to bring a new level of real estate expertise to the South East Europe region. Our local insight combined with Avison Young's global reach will deliver real economic, social and environmental value to our clients and the communities they serve.”

We look forward to making a positive impact in South Eastern Europe and contributing to the success of our clients and the communities we serve. Joining forces with this talented team in Croatia strengthens AY’s global presence and enhances our ability to deliver exceptional results for our clients.”
