Optim Project Management has assisted NEPI Rockcastle throughout the entire BREEAM certification process for the landmark office project, Aviatorilor 8. The building achieved an ‘Excellent’ level of certification under the BREEAM International 2013 rating scheme.
The assessment process started early on, during the concept design stage, and the specialists of Optim PM provided the developer with ongoing support and consultancy through all the stages of the development.
Optim Project Management had a major role in the construction of Aviatorilor 8. With a team of 9 professionals involved throughout, Optim PM managed the construction works for the new 16,000 sqm GBA office building situated on the plot of the listed property Oromolu House, once the property of the former National Bank Governor, Mihai Oromolu, which was fully restored.
