In February 2016, JLL´s Industrial Agency has successfully negotiated the lease agreement on behalf of Autodoprava Hod in VALAD Uhříněves Industrial Park.
Established in 1991, Autodoprava Hod provides logistics services mostly within the Czech Republic and Slovakia but also throughout Europe. Due to growing demand for its services, the company has leased 1 245 sqm of warehouse space in VALAD Uhříněves Industrial Park adding the fifth strategic service point to its current four service centres in the Czech Republic.
“This proves that the Prague-East commercial location along the D1 highway is still attractive offering great accessibility for logistic providers” – commented Anna Zach, senior consultant at industrial agency at JLL.
VALAD Uhříněves Industrial Park is located in Prague 10 and has 8,253 sqm of warehouse space. It provides frozen, chilled and ambient space in refurbished and well-kept premises. All chambers are fitted with a new racking system and the site has a fenced-off handling yard. The location enables easy car and trucks access to the D1 and D11 highways as well as the city centre.
