APS Group, an alternative asset management investor, has fully purchased IMO Property Investments Bucharest, part of Eurobank Group, for an undisclosed amount.
IMO Property Investments Bucharest was established in 2007 and had net assets of almost RON 134 million (€27 million) for the year ended 31 December 2023. The company was specialized in managing and selling Eurobank’s real estate assets located in Romania.
“At the moment of the sale, IMO Property Investments Bucharest owned over 150 assets in Romania,” says Radu Dumitrescu, Advisory Partner-in-Charge at Deloitte Romania, which worked with the seller on the deal.
APS Group currently manages over 100 non-performing loans portfolios with a total nominal value of more than €11 billion.
