Real estate developer Anchor Grup has added new brands to its retail portfolio in a bid to enhance the customer experience in its București Mall and Plaza România shopping centers.

One of the newest entries among București Mall’s brands is Teilor Orange Concept, which brings into the shopping center the exclusive store concept of the famous jewelry company. Teilor has leased 100 sqm in the mall and has also decided to expand its presence in Plaza România.

Recently, Manufaktura opened its doors in both shopping centers, Plaza România and București Mall. The brand is known for its coffee, tea and desserts.

Also, one of the biggest players in the Romanian optical market, Lensa, has joined the retail portfolio of Plaza România and, more recently, of București Mall, as well.

Pandora is another brand that brought a new look to its stores in București Mall and Plaza România. With a refreshed design after the refurbishment process, Pandora welcomes customers in a stylish and trendy showroom.

Recently, Designers Boutique, the pop-up store dedicated to local designers and "made in Romania" products reopened in București Mall.

At the same time, the Romanian brand Anna Cori has completed the renovation process of its store in București Mall.

In Plaza România, Mayoral is a new tenant. The Spanish children’s fashion giant with a history of almost a century in the industry, came this spring to the shopping center. At the same time, Coccodrillo is another brand dedicated to children's fashion that joined the tenant portfolio of the shopping centre.

Furthermore, English Home, the brand dedicated to home and decor products, has expanded its store space in Plaza România, while Splend’or, one of the most important players in the Romanian jewellery market, has enhanced its store in this project as well.

The food court area in Plaza România has also expanded its offer, with fresh new concepts.

Anchor Grup started its activity in Romania 25 years ago. Since then, the company's investment has exceeded €550 million and its portfolio includes major retail, residential and office projects based across Bucharest.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
