Prologis has signed one of the largest leasing transactions in Europe this year. Long-term partner EURO-net will lease 160,000 square meters at Prologis Park Janki.

Aberdeen Standard European Logistics Income PLC has exchanged contracts to acquire a newly built fully income-producing logistics warehouse in Warsaw, Poland, for a purchase price of €27.5 million providing a net initial yield of 5.64%. Panattoni Europe embarks on a new project near the Tricity Airport – Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport. The distribution centre with close to 107,000 sqm has already got a stamp of approval from BBK S.A. – 68,500 sqm of the facility will be used as a multifunctional warehouse for home&you, a leading brand of interior furnishing articles. Completion of construction works is planned for mid-2020.

Oxenwood Real Estate, the UK and European real estate investment management firm, has acquired a newly developed logistics facility near Warsaw from a joint venture between Panattoni Europe and Bluehouse Capital for €13.5 million.

Aldi will lease 10,000 sqm at CTPark Budapest West in Biatorbágy, the developer announced on Linkedin. The new tenant will move in before the end of the year.

Romania’s modern industrial stock exceeded the 4 million sqm during the first semester of 2019, since a new supply of 240,000 sqm was brought on the market and by the end of 20202 approx. 1 million sqm are expected to be delivered, according to the latest research report by CBRE Romania.

Hines has advised Mirae Asset Global Investments, a Seoul-based investment manager that offers comprehensive investment services, on acquiring two logistics centres near Wrocław and Konin, with the total area of 163,135 square meters. MAGI acquired them from Blackstone by purchasing shares in special purpose vehicles which owned the investment and appointed Hines as the local asset manager of the portfolio throughout the investment horizon.
