Kinstellar has successfully advised its client, Ideal Projects (a joint venture between the Vetimex and Mirus groups) on the successful negotiation, signing, closing and refinancing of the Cluj-based Vivido, Advancity, and Cube office projects. This is the largest office acquisition outside Bucharest in Romania this year, with a total value exceeding €30 million.

Liberty Technology Park comprises 18,000 sqm of former industrial buildings. The five Class A office buildings are BREEAM certified. Located north of the city, the park has a number of IT&C and R&D tenants, such as Siemens, IBM, Majorel and Altran.

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of its fourth Radisson Blu property in Romania, the Radisson Blu Hotel, Cluj-Napoca – based in the regional capital of Transylvania. The hotel is to open in spring 2021.

Thus, the total portfolio managed by Colliers reaches almost 500,000 sqm: 210,000 sqm are located outside Bucharest, out of which over 100,000 sqm represent offices only.
