Immofinanz successfully placed €500 million fixed-rate senior unsecured notes with a 7-year maturity and a 2.50% fixed coupon on 8 October 2020. The net proceeds of the issue of the notes will be used to refinance existing debt, capitalize on value-creating growth opportunities, and for general corporate purposes. The issuance was oversubscribed around 2 times with strong demand by more than 110 investors.

CTP successfully issued a debut green bond for €650 million on 1 October 2020. CTP’s inaugural green bonds became the largest debut issuance by a CEE real estate company.  The bonds received a strong reception from investors and were several times oversubscribed with a peak order book in excess of €2 billion.

HB Reavis Group is launching the sale of a new bond issue through Slovenská sporiteľňa. Bonds with a nominal value of €1,000, a maturity of 4 years and a coupon of 3.35% pa are issued by HB REAVIS Finance SK VII sro, a subsidiary of the HB Reavis Group.

Cordia International, the residential development platform of Futureal Group has successfully managed its second bond issuance on the Budapest Stock Exchange to finance its further expansion, predominantly in CEE. The developer raised HUF 36 billion (€105 million) in its latest transaction which was heavily oversubscribed by financial institutions and achieved a 2.46% yield. Last November Cordia successfully placed a HUF 44 billion (€305 million) 7-year bond at 3.82% yield.

Nicklas Lindberg, CEO of Echo Investment, and Maciej Drozd, the company’s CFO, have bought over 1400 of the company’s bonds on the secondary market. The Management has confidence in Echo Investment and further development of the business consistent with the Strategy of Profitable Growth.

Impact Developer & Contractor, a real estate developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, has convened the shareholders to approve a bond issue of maximum €100 million on 28 April.

MLP Group has issued €30 million worth of bonds. The issue proceeds will be used to purchase land and implement projects to construct warehouses in Poland and abroad. On February 26th, the bonds will be introduced to trading on the Catalyst market.

CA Immo has tapped the Eurobond market for the first time and successfully placed a €500 million fixed rate senior unsecured benchmark bond with a 7-year maturity and an annual coupon of 0.875% on 28 January 2020. The bond will trade on the Official Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange. The international rating agency Moody’s Investors Service Ltd. has assigned an investment grade rating of Baa2 to the bond.

CPI Property Group announced the completion of two issuances under the Group’s €5 billion Medium-Term Note Programme.

Hungarian residential developer Cordia  has carried out a successful bond issue on 5 November (Cordia 2026/I). The financial settlement date is 7 November 2019, the maturity is 7 November 2026. The offered volume was HUF 40 billion at face value which attracted HUF 53.55 billion in bids. The amount of funds raised is HUF 44.4 billion.
