Within 4ct, Tomáš and his colleagues are closely involved with spatial analyses, urban data-driven systems and their respective effective utilization for transformation and development of urban habitats, including mediation and coordination of related processes. Also devoted to tuition and research in the field of city development, Tomáš teaches and participates in research at the Faculties of Architecture at the CTU and VUT.</p>

Richard Curran is Managing Director of CBRE in the Czech Republic with over 18 years’ experience in the Czech commercial real estate market. Richard has led the office since 2008, having joined the company in 2004, and during this time has overseen the growth of the office from 35 people to almost 400. Richard now focuses on Capital Markets concurrently with his role as MD. He provides investment, development and leasing advice to a host of CBRE clients, most notably, Skanska, AIG Lincoln, Morgan Stanley, DEKA, Invesco, IVG and FINEP. Richard has been involved in market-defining transactions such as acquiring on behalf of TPG/P3 an industrial portfolio from Tristan Capital and the largest single asset acquisition in CEE: the Palladium Shopping Centre in Prague.
Stefan Cuvin has been in the international property development and construction business for more than 25 years. Working on high profile developments through Canada and Europe, Stefan has been successful in delivering more than $ 115 million and € 716.6 million of real estate. Exceptional understanding and knowledge of real estate industry, combined with international and cross-cultural leadership mindset, robust risk management skills and contingency planning knowhow.
Mr. Cuvin joined TriGranit from Toronto (Canada) 10 years ago as Regional Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. In 2017 he was appointed to Development Director.
Mr. Cuvin holds a Master Degree in Construction Management certification from University of Toronto.

Balázs Czifra has over fourteen years of experience in international real estate market in not only advisory but also in developers' environment. He became familiar with the fields of sales, valuation and property management in Hungary and in the CEU countries. Balázs joined to DTZ again in 2011, after being the managing director of SEGRO (flexible business space developer company) in Hungary and the EU Trade director at the same time. Before this he worked 9 years for DTZ, where he dealt with the Industrial real estate advisory department of Hungary, and then helped establishing the CEU advisory department. Balázs currently leads the Hungarian expert group of DTZ, covering 8 fields of business from agency to property operations. Balázs is responsible for the DTZ's high level of services, the strategic leading of the company, and the appropriate services of the international clients. Balázs has been a member of the RICS since 2001, and regular lecturer of conferences and university lectures.
Paul gained 13 years of experience in urban planning, working for Budapest Planning Office. He has spent more than 25 years in the property market as real estate valuer and advisor. This period also included a 5 years period when he worked for a development company as a development director. He has been a member of MAISz since 1991. He was elected as a professional associate of RICS in 2000.
Zsolt Darvas, a Hungarian citizen, is Resident Scholar at the Brussels-based think-tank ‘Bruegel’ (Brussels European and Global Economic Laboratory) since 2009. He is also Research Fellow at the Institute of Economics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and Associate Professor at the Corvinus University of Budapest. From 2005 to 2008, he was the Research Advisor of the Argenta Financial Research Group in Budapest. Before that, he worked at the research unit of the Central Bank of Hungary (1994-2005) where he served as Deputy Head during 2001-2005. He had visiting researcher positions at the Bank of Finland, Deutsche Bundesbank, De Nederlandsche Bank, Stockholm School of Economics and Bruegel, and worked for research projects of the European Commission, the OECD and the World Bank. Zsolt Darvas holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest, where, among other institutions, he teaches courses in Econometrics since 1994. His research interests include macroeconomics, international economics, and time series analysis. His current works focus on policy issues, such as the euro-area governance reform, the reform of the international monetary system, or the future of Eastern Europe’s growth model.

Tim provides detailed property advice in connection with the sale, acquisition and letting of business space, concentrating in the South West of England. In his role Tim gives strategic advice for various clients including large multi nationals, investment funds and major development companies.
With over 25 years experience Tim has an intimate knowledge of the industrial property market in the South West and has been involved in many projects dealing with the identification of development opportunities, subsequent land acquisitions, scheme design, investment funding and property disposal.
More recently he has been appointed as the Colliers Head of the Industrial & Logistics team for Europe, Middle East and Africa, co-ordinating the efforts of colleagues across 20 different countries.
