Tim Wilkinson is Partner, Capital Markets Cushman & Wakefield Romania. He joined the office in Bucharest in 2004, and significantly contributed to the development of the business in Romania, predominantly coordinating the advisory services for occupier and landlord clients in the office, retail and industrial sectors, as wellas supporting the development of the professional service departments, including valuation, investment, research and property management activities. Tim’s real estate background includes over 17 years of experience in the CEE region, working within the DTZ Poland and Hungary offices, as well as working in the DTZ London office. Karl Wilson is the general manager for Central Europe and Russia of Aareal Bank. Prior to this position, he was repsonsible for setting up Aareal's office in Warsaw in 2000 and was its general manager. He has also worked in Frankfurt and London with Rheinhyp and in Prague for Price Waterhouse, co-ordinating their CEE corporate finance real estate activities. He holds a degree in estate management from Trinity College Dublin.

She specializes in leasing, asset and property management as well as developments and redevelopments of retail and mixed-use projects. In Atrium since 2014, first as Chief Operating Officer in Poland, where she managed the portfolio and teams responsible for property management, leasing, marketing and technical support on 24 assets with over 520,000 sqm GLA, and since 2017 as Group Head of Leasing, being responsible for leasing and team support in all CEE countries where Atrium operates, being now Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Russia and in 2017/18 – Romania and Hungary.
