Ryan has worked in the CEE region for over 14 years and has been involved on some of the region’s most notable commercial transactions and valuations in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.</p>

Jean-Bernard has 30 years’ experience in the European and US real estate markets as a commercial and investment banker and private equity investor. He then launched the European sales operations of the two largest U.S. title insurance companies.
He is a co-founder of Secure Legal Title, which provides Title Insurance to cover the legal risks in commercial property acquisition, development and mortgage finance in the UK, the EU and accession countries -- and now Mexico.

Jean-Bernard began his career with JP Morgan Paris, Frankfurt, and New York, then Bankers Trust / Deutsche Bank and HVB Capital, also in New York.

<p>Jolanta has been professionally involved with the commercial property market in Poland and CEE for almost twenty years. She specializes in leasing, asset and property management as well as developments and redevelopments of retail and mixed-use projects. In Atrium since 2014, first as Chief Operating Officer in Poland, where she managed the portfolio and teams responsible for property management, leasing, marketing and technical support on 24 assets with over 520,000 sqm GLA, and since 2017 as Group Head of Leasing, being responsible for leasing and team support in all CEE countries where Atrium operates, being now Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Russia and in 2017/18 – Romania and Hungary. Jolanta is a long-time lecturer at the ICSC European Retail Property School. She graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Poznań University of Economics, where she also completed a post-graduate study in commercial law and was honoured with a doctoral degree in economics. She holds CCIM designation.</p>

Dagmar Yoder is an Associate Partner and Attorney in Deloitte Legal, Slovakia. She has been working in legal advisory practices since 2000. Before joining Deloitte Legal in 2017 she was for over a decade partner in a major Czech law firm, managing its Slovak branch. In the past she also held a managerial position in a bank. Dagmar Yoder has many years of professional experience in real estate, M&A, banking & finance and HC & LS. She has been involved in significant M&A transactions in various business areas and has participated in preparation, implementation, acquisition and sale of significant development projects. Dagmar has been repeatedly ranked as one of the best real estate lawyers in the Slovak Republic.

In the past she has worked as one of the Directors of the Real Estate Corporate division at Santander in London, as Regional Director of the SME department at Raiffeisen Bank and as Director of the Mortgage Loan Division at Eurobank. Today Zorana is the CEO of Delta Real Estate, the largest investor, asset manager and developer in the Balkans region. She manages numerous construction projects with the group as well as asset manages a portfolio worth in excess of half a billion euros.

<p>Mia Zecevic is CEO in Novaston Real Estate Platform. Previously Head of Marketing, Sales and Commercialization at Confluence Property Management prior to joining from ECE Project Management Gmbh, where she was trained for the center manager position and focused on property management for retail assets. Amongst others, she was responsible for all marketing and sales activities for Usce Shopping Center, the largest shopping mall in the Balkans. Before ECE, she was the project manager for MK Mountain Resort (part of MK Group – a holding company, one of the most successful business systems in Serbia) where she managed and operated 48.000 sqm of 4-star hotel chains in ski resort Kopaonik. Prior to joining MK Group, Ms. Zecevic worked at the biggest Serbian brokerage company at the time, M&V Investments, where she analyzed local and international stock exchange markets. She graduated at Bocconi University in Milan, with a degree in International Economics and Management and holds Masters Degree in Business Management from Cass Business School in London.</p>
