Filip is Partner and Director in Colliers International based in Zagreb, Croatia, responsible for the strategic positioning, business development and management of Investment, Valuation, Advisory and CRE teams for the markets of Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Filip joined Colliers in June 2012 as a Senior Consultant in the Investment and Corporate Advisory Services department with a focus on valuations for retail, office, residential, hotel and industrial properties. Soon he gained expertise in commercial real estate and took over business development of investment advisory and CRE consultancy lines for three markets – Croatia, Slovenia and BiH. Due to the pace of his advancement, responsibilities, deliveries, dedication and comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate market, in January 2016 Filip was promoted to Partner and Director within Colliers International Croatia.
Prior to joining Colliers, Filip was working in financial industry - banking and insurance.
In Volksbank Group he was engaged in Corporate and Investment departments responsible for financial asset valuation, financial reporting and market research and market outlook writing, prior to which he worked on securities clearing and settlement, corporate actions watch, valuation of financial asset and client reporting.
Also, Filip worked in sales department in Kvarner Vienna Insurance Group and as a project manager in privately held company ASV marketing where he gained experience in management and consultancy work.
<p>Uros has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and joined Soravia in 2018 as Managing Director of Soravia Management<br />
Serbia. Prior to joining Soravia, he worked at Colliers International as the General Manager responsible for several countries in the SEE region. Uros also worked at UniCredit Bank, as a relationship manager in the project financing department, as well as a valuation specialist in the collateral management department. Prior to joining UniCredit Bank, he has worked as a Financial Analyst at Balkans Real Estate and as a Research Analyst at King Sturge, respectively. Throughout his real estate career, Uros has been involved in many major real estate projects in the region, from the aspects of financing, valuation, leasing, sales, etc. Uros holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnical Institute and State University. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, as well as a licensed broker and valuer in Serbia.</p>

As a member of the Executive Team of the RICS, Mark has responsibility to shape the direction of RICS and to fully contribute to the leadership of the organisation.
Mark is responsible for ensuring growth in the RICS' EMEA (Europe [including the UK], Middle East and Africa) business and that new segments are developed. He also takes a lead on the organisation's development of global sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
Through a strong network across the EMEA region Mark is responsible for the gathering and understanding of market insight, using this to form and develop strategies based on evidence based assessments and priorities. There is a strong focus on engaging with members, especially regional chairmen and boards working with them, to establish delivery of agreed plans.
Prior to joining RICS in February 2011, Mark was director of corporate development for ifs School of Finance, responsible for the take up of ifs’ professional qualifications and executive education programmes. Before that Mark was regional director EMEA for Cohen Brown Management Group (a recognised leader in sales and service cultural change) and chief operating officer of Barclays Wealth’s International Personal and Premier Banking Division. Mark has considerable strategic- level sales and business development experience as well as proven success in building large customer-centric service-based operations.
Mark completed professional qualifications as a retail banker and then added a BSc (Hons) degree part-time whilst working for Barclays. He has a keen interest in developing people to their full potential, with a real focus on the interaction between staff and customers. Mark sits on the board of Professions for Good, a collaboration of the bodies responsible for the entry policy, professional standards and qualifications across many of the UK’s largest professions. They work together in the public interest to uphold fair access and meritocracy; professional standards and ethics; and fact- and practice-based public policy.
Hugh has lived and worked in Romania since 1998, he is a British Chartered Accountant and a graduate of University College London. He was the founding member of the Vistra Romania office (previously Trinity) in 2007. He brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting and general management, working both in the profession and for multinational manufacturing companies. Hugh is a member of CECCAR, the Romanian Chamber of Chartered Accountants, and serves as a Board Member of over 15 companies. Besides English, Hugh is fluent in Italian and Romanian.

Fraser Watson has 15 years experience across the European real estate market and joined Savills as Head of Valuations & Advisory for its Czech and Slovak operations from January 2018. Fraser began his property career in the UK, going through the commercial graduate route and qualifying in 2006 as a member of the RICS. He moved to Prague in early 2007 where he worked at Cushman & Wakefield for 4 years in capital markets and valuation. Following this, Fraser worked for 7 years on the retail client side focusing primarily on expansion strategy & implementation, estate & project management, covering Europe. Four years of this was in the F&B sector as a Regional Development Leader for AmRest in CEE and then three years as Head of Real Estate Europe (excl. UK & Ireland) for Sports Direct.com. This role included strategic responsibility for the real estate portfolio in 16 countries and over 230 stores.

Darek Węglicki as Country Manager Poland is responsible for all Catella activities In Poland. His scope of activities covers acquisitions, asset management and coordination of all activities of external parties working for or advising to CRIM. From October 2015 till May 2018 Darek was advising to the Management Board of Bouwfonds. He has 25-year experience in real estate including commercial and residential properties and heading top management positions in companies/groups like Eastbridge or Redevco. In the past as entrepreneur he developed his own residential projects.

Hamish has 23 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate. He worked at Colliers International, focusing in the field of real estate investment advisory, spending 8 years with Colliers International New Zealand and 9 years with Colliers International Hungary as a Partner and Head of Investment Advisory. He has been involved in a considerable number of key investment transactions in Budapest from 2002 onwards. In 2011, he joined CIB Bank to head the Real Estate Asset Management team – managing a EUR600 million portfolio which was sold down. In 2016, he joined REM Group, one of the most experienced real estate companies operating in Hungary, as their business development director. He is currently a Board member of the Hungarian Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Otago University, New Zealand. Wilhelm Simons is partner of PwC Austria. His specific focus is CEE markets.<br />Before joining the Vienna team of PwC he was Assurance leader of the Romanian practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) and Tax Adviser (Steuerberater) and joined PwC in 1989 in the Frankfurt office of PwC.<br /><br />Wilhelm led also the Assurance practice in Poland where he worked 9 years (starting with November 1998). In 2007 he moved to Romania. He has substantial experience in special projects gained through his work on many long-term international assignments. Wilhelm has extensive experience in consulting, especially focusing on private sector development in the fields of auditing, financial and economic analysis, cost accounting, budgeting, restructuring and privatisation.<br />He has significant experience in emerging markets (in CEE since 1996), where he was involved in the development of the private sector industry projects financed by the European Union, the EBRD and other International Financial Institutions, which were carried out in Central Europe. He was several years Board member of the “Foreign Investors Council” in Romania.
Richard started his role as Group CFO for CTP in July 2018, which includes looking after the refinancing of CTP's portfolio of over 4,5 million sqm of premium industrial property. Prior to joining CTP, Richard ran the CRE business of Erste Group across CEE for 14 years, turning it into one of the leading CRE banking franchises. He has a Law degree from the London School of Economics.
