In 2013, following Valad's acquisition of GE Capital Real Estate Poland and the management of the Polish Retail Fund, Karol was appointed Head of CEE. Prior to joining Valad, Karol was the Fund Manager of the Polish Retail Fund at GE Capital; a Management board member of listed property developer, Ronson, a Senior Manager in Aareal Bank AG; and an Investment Manager for ING RE Investment Management. Karol is a Member of RICS and CCIM.
Marcell Pintyőke is the marketing and communications director of the KÉSZ Group involving more than 50 corporations, working at the company group since 8 years, previously worked as a strategy creator in the German language book marketing. He acquired his degree in economics on the department of finance and marketing in 2003. His field of expertise is corporate communication and customer-focused project communication. In 2010-2011, he participated in the implementation and communication of such strategic projects as the SkyCourt building of the Liszt Ferenc International Airport or the building of the Mercedes facility in Kecskemét. As a part of his job, he travels across Central Europe, because the project communication of the foreign subsidiaries of the KÉSZ Group is also among his tasks. He is an active participant of the team which created and operates the MIÉNK (Magyar Innovatív Építõipari Nyílt Klaszter, Open Cluster for Innovative Hungarian Building Industry) in order to represent the values of the Hungarian building industry. His analyses and publications regarding building industry are continuously published not only in Hungary, but also in international professional journals; he is a regular instructor at conferences related to development and building industry.
