Alex Skouras is the founding member and Managing Partner of Alesonor, a real estate development company specializing in residential projects that bring together high end design, comfort, luxury and nature, taking an active part in promoting green real estate projects in Romania.
Since 2003, Alex Skouras has been coordinating the company’s financial planning and was involved in setting the company’s strategy. Alex Skouras participated in the coordination of the Alesonor’s real estate projects in Romania: Amber Gardens, the first the first large scale residential project in Romania that integrates bioclimatic designs and follows the passive house standard, Almond Tree Residence, Clover Residence, Magnolia Residence, IVY Office Residence.
Alex Skouras is also a founding member and Managing Partner of Wellness Solutions, exclusive distributor of Kettler, SKLZ and Bodytone fitness brands in Romania. Alex Skouras has also set up a new TECHFIT fitness brand, distributed across Europe.
Alex Skouras coordinates strategic and financial planning and participates in the development of the group’s business.
Alex Skouras has a broad experience in real estate development, retail and renewable energy. Alex Skouras is a Bachelor of Management and at the same time holds a master’s degree at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

BNP Paribas Real Estate has been joined by Mateusz Skubiszewski, who has assumed the position of Director in the Capital Markets Department and advises clients already present on the markets in this part of Europe, as well as those only now seeking investment opportunities in this area. The Capital Markets Department in Central and Eastern Europe provides services from within the field of transaction advisory, which covers individual property and property portfolio acquisitions and sales, as well as in the area of institutional restructuring and property finance. Mateusz Skubiszewski has more than 15 years of experience in key positions within finacial institutions and companies from the property sector. Prior to joining the BNP Paribas Real Estate advisory, he worked for, among others, the ING Group, the mBank Group (formerly BRE Bank), as well as for LHI Group. Mateusz Skubiszewski graduated from the European University Viadrina at Frankfurt. Additionally, he graduated from the Academy of Strategic Leadership organized by the Canadian Management Institute, and partook in a PhD studies programme run by Akademia Przedsiębiorczości i Zarządzania im. Leona Koźmińskiego (Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management). Mateusz speaks English, German and French.

Robert has 12 years of experience in property and asset management. He has been with CBRE Global Investors since 2005, working in various asset management roles before being appointed Portfolio Manager in 2009. He is also co-founder of the first and largest website for raising funds for charity in Poland – Siepomaga.pl. He is also the co-owner of INPLUS, a market leader in spatial plans and in handling infrastructure investments. For a few months he managed the Central IT Centre using the interim management formula. In 2017 he was included by Brief magazine in the list of „Top 50 most creative people in Polish business”. Adam Sobczak graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. He also studied at the Faculty of Spatial Planning and Economics of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. In 2002 he was conferred the MBA at the University of New Brunswick. He graduated from doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Noah Steinberg is the chairman and chief executive officer of WING, the market leading office developer in Hungary and one of the largest privately held Hungarian real estate companies of which he is a shareholder. An American citizen, he has worked in Hungary since 1990. In his current position since 1999, he was responsible for establishing WING and oversees the company’s investment and development businesses, its office, retail, industrial, hotel and residential projects and its real estate services. He is also the Chairman of RICS in Hungary. Mr. Steinberg is a graduate of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University (BA), and the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna in Austria (MA). He speaks French, German, Spanish, Hungarian and English.
