Csaba Bálint joined OTP Bank Romania in the beginning of 2008. Between 2008 and 2014, he worked in the bank's Risk Division in different positions, being responsible for macroeconomic stress testing excises and credit scorecard developments. At the end of 2014, he moved to the Finance and Planning Division as macroeconomic analyst, where he works with OTP Group's Research team, preparing analysis and forecasts about the Romanian economy, financial markets and banking system. He also teaches at universities in Oradea and Cluj-Napoca. Csaba passed the level III CFA exam in 2016 and holds M.Sc. in finance from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. Currently, he is a PhD student at the same university.

Ben leads the team and company operations across Central & Eastern Europe for Prologis, the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate throughout Europe, Americas and Asia is responsible for all activities of Prologis in the CEE region (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia). He joined Prologis in 2008 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was the Managing Director for Central Europe. In this role, he was responsible for Poland, Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic, including the daily management of the Warsaw office and operations in Prague and Budapest. Ben has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, of which 15 years have been spent in Central Europe with Jones Lang LaSalle and Prologis. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Land Economy. He is also a UK-trained chartered surveyor.

<p>Harry Bannatyne is a Partner and Regional Director of Industrial Department at Colliers International Czech Republic since December 1st 2019. He has been working in the CEE Industrial business for over 10 years with vast experience gained as his last appointment as Head of CEE industrial for JLL. </p>
<p>With a good understanding of the industrial sector including supply chain, Harry is a partner in the business with good connections with developers and end users alike. Over the last 8 years Harry has accomplished more than 100,000 sqm on a yearly basis helping tenants such as Metro/Makro, Mattel, Foxconn amongst others.</p>
<p>After Glasgow Academy schooling, Harry went on to complete a merit HND in Marketing and Business. Prior to moving to Czech Republic, he had his own business in Scotland, buying and selling commercial businesses and brings valuable business knowledge. He is on the Leadership board for logistics and industrial in Colliers and a member of AFI.</p>

Giles Bateman MRICS was educated in the UK before moving to France in 1997 where he then qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
He spent nearly 20 years at CBRE in France where he commenced in Valuations and then set up and developed the Corporate Services business in France. He worked on major international Corporate End user projects in France and also delivered real estate services to large French Companies globally. He managed over 70 people in 7 teams and was a member of the board at CBRE France and the CBRE Corporate Services European Board.
He joined IWG in 2015 to head up development in Southern Europe. In 2016 he took on the European Region including some 36 countries and has deployed with his team the IWG brands into these countries such as Spaces, Regus, Signature, HQ, & No.18.

This team guides a number of major developments currently underway in Poland, Czech Republic and Romania. Johannes is the Country Manager for Poland and being the Managing Director of the operating company, he is responsible and enjoys the great success of the 300 rooms Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre Hotel and works on the development of the other hotel, office, student housing and residential projects of the company in CEE.

Bečár joined P3 in 2007 as Business Director Slovakia and was subsequently promoted to the role of Managing Director Slovakia, taking responsibility for business development, acquisitions and growth in that market. In 2010 his role was expanded to include responsibility for P3’s operations in the Czech Republic. As Managing Director Czech Republic and Slovakia, Bečár oversaw a significant extension of P3’s presence in these countries, with development at six different locations in the region. In late 2013 he took on the role of Managing Director CEE. Prior to joining P3, he was a Founder and Executive Director of WebCom Ltd. and Comsultia Ltd. Bečár holds a Strategic Management degree from Comenius University in Bratislava and is a Board Member of Investment Support Association (Slovakia).

Paul Betts is Managing Director of M7 in Central Europe, based in Prague but responsible for operations across the Central European region. Paul has been working in real estate for 26 years and has been based overseas for over 22 years in Central Europe and France. Prior to joining M7 in May 2015, Paul was Head of EMEA Logistics at Jones Lang LaSalle. He was a Director responsible for the coordination of all business services offered within the Logistics sector across the EMEA region. He was also a member of the Global Logistics Board. Prior to this Paul was a Partner of King Sturge and Managing Director of the French operations.
Previously, Paul was located in Prague for King Sturge becoming Managing Director in 1995. He oversaw the team expansion from eight to 25 and was involved in the formation of new offices in Poland, Hungary and Croatia. Paul advised on a number of the earliest institutional investment transactions in the region for clients including GE Capital and HypoVereinsbank as well as providing development advice including site assembly for Skanska. Paul significantly diversified the range of property services available for investor, developers and occupiers in the emerging Czech market.
