Hubert Abt has been working in the real estate industry for over 30 years. He worked in the land banking sector and provided equity and Mezzanine capital for various real estate projects.
In 2013 he founded NEW WORK Offices in Budapest, which provides various flexible office solutions. Since then he developed the business model further and grew the company to 25 locations in 5 countries making NEW WORK Offices the fastest growing workspace solution provider in the CEE.
He incorporated NEW WORK into a closed joint-stock company in 2018 and now leads the company as CEO while focusing investor relations, and developing NEW WORK Living and other innovative product lines.

Jeff Alson joined Cushman & Wakefield’s growing Central and Eastern European Capital Markets team in 2016. Jeff is based in Prague and is part of the CE leadership team together with James Chapman. He is a Partner with the Firm as of 1st January 2016.
Jeff has 18 years of Real Estate experience including 12 years working in Central and Eastern Europe. He has held investment positions in CBRE in CEE and acted as principle in his capacity as Investment Acquisitions Director at Orco Property Group and Fund Manager at 3C Real Estate investment Management.
During this period Jeff has originated, executed or advised on ca. EUR 3 Billion of transactions across 5 countries. Including all major asset types and structures.
Jeff graduated from the Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom (MSc.) and is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2000.

He went through the trading desk in Treasury, he was Branch Manager, Head of the Corporate Automotive unit, Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Structured Finance for different local and subsidiaries of international banks. Banca Transilvania, his current employer, is now the largest bank in Romania by assets.</p>

Tomáš has been in the field of interior design since 1998. In 2011 he joined company Bene Praha as Country Manager, and in 2014 he bought this company in management buy-out process. Since then, the company is known as ELAN Interior. Tomáš is a respected specialist in the field of modern trends in the working environment and regularly lectures on this topic. Besides his business activities, Tomáš also leads Czech Green Building Council as the Chairman of the Board.

He has accumulated experience in corporate, office, residential and retail clients, covering surfaces of more than 1.000.000 sqm. He has graduated the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Building Services in Iasi and he believes in the people behind the positions, considering that the true added value services come from understanding each individual professional need.

During his studies, he participated in several projects and in 2013 due to the project to build a private hospital in Baku, Azerbaijan, he found the architectural bureau which he leads today.

Eric has over 22 years of experience in the real estate sector, principally as a developer and investor. He is a US national and spent the majority of the last 15 years in Europe, initially investing in Belgium, Germany, and the Slovak Republic. Eric has completed over €1 billion of real estate transactions throughout US and Europe.
In the 1990s, he founded and built the Gnome Group Inc into one of the most advanced data centre developers across the US and Europe. In 1999, Eric partnered with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds and served as Chairman and CEO of Metronexus, a real estate investment platform investing $300 million in 300,000 square metres of real estate in the US and Europe.
In 2002, he launched and built Bifrost Investment Group (predecessor to Revetas Capital) into a leading CEE investment and asset manager.
Since 2009, he has actively developed a platform to restructure and recapitalise distressed real estate in CEE. By early 2013, Eric successfully restructured and recapitalised over €200 million of debt leading to the formation of Revetas Capital.

Mike brings to JLL more than 30 years of experience in international real estate consulting, including 13 years in Central Europe during which he was involved in some of the highest profile transactions across the region.

<p>Christoph Augustin has been Managing Director of ECE Projektmanagement Budapest Kft. since 2006 and of ECE Projektmanagement Austria GmbH in Vienna since 2010. He is in charge in both countries, in particular for the Development Division. Previously, he had been active in the field of project development in Germany since 1993, working at ECE in Hamburg since 2002. Moreover Christoph Augustin was responsible as Managing Director of RGC Management A/S, the Danish subsidiary of ECE in Odense, from 2013 until the beginning of 2018 for inter alia the development of the national organization and the restructuring of the Rosengårdcentret. As Project Director, he realized together with his team the Shopping Center Adigeo in Verona, which was opened in 2017 and is the first own development of ECE in Italy. Since 2013 he has been committee member of the Austrian Council of Shopping Centers, where he served as a member of the Advisory Board from 2013 and 2015. Since 2015 he is member of the Executive Board.</p>
