Jeff Alson joined Cushman & Wakefield’s growing Central and Eastern European Capital Markets team in 2016. Jeff is based in Prague and is part of the CE leadership team together with James Chapman. He is a Partner with the Firm as of 1st January 2016.
Jeff has 18 years of Real Estate experience including 12 years working in Central and Eastern Europe. He has held investment positions in CBRE in CEE and acted as principle in his capacity as Investment Acquisitions Director at Orco Property Group and Fund Manager at 3C Real Estate investment Management.
During this period Jeff has originated, executed or advised on ca. EUR 3 Billion of transactions across 5 countries. Including all major asset types and structures.
Jeff graduated from the Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom (MSc.) and is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2000.
Has over a decade of experience on the Real Estate market, he is determined to have the workers in his profession obtaining higher level of knowledge, and for the workers making outstanding results by being motivated by appropriate leaders, thus further strengthening the market leading position of Duna House.

Tomáš has been in the field of interior design since 1998. In 2011 he joined company Bene Praha as Country Manager, and in 2014 he bought this company in management buy-out process. Since then, the company is known as ELAN Interior. Tomáš is a respected specialist in the field of modern trends in the working environment and regularly lectures on this topic. Besides his business activities, Tomáš also leads Czech Green Building Council as the Chairman of the Board.

Szabolcs joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as the Centre Manager for Campona Shopping Mall in Budapest, in 2014 he became the Head of Retail PM including the Arena Shopping Mall, Vörösmarty 1 building, Sopron, Balaton, Savaria, Pécs Plazas and Zala Park assets. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield he was responsible for the repositioning and consolidation of the Lurdy Mall and Office complex. Prior to these positions, for 7 years he worked as Head of Development at the Development and Asset Management division of Magyar Lapterjesztő Zrt., responsible for more than 800 retail units in Hungary. Within this position his main tasks were inter alia the expansion, lease negotiations and renewals, design and construction, brand representation for the RELAY, Inmedio and Costa Coffee international retail brands. Szabolcs is specialized in the retail sector and retail property management business.

He has worked as a property professional for over 20 years in a number of different specialisms, including at DTZ where he became an associate director in both their international valuation and international investment teams, focussing on cross border portfolio valuation and investment.More recently, he set up his own consultancy firm which provided international valuation and investment advice to a number of high profile clients and surveying firms. Alexander joined RICS in 2011 and is Director of Technical International Standards in the Professional Groups and Forums' team and currently sits on the various valuation boards, working groups and task forces panels.

Mr. Günther Artner is Co-Head of CEE Equity Research at Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG. Erste Bank has research coverage of more than 80 companies in the core markets of Central and Eastern Europe with the headquarter in Vienna. Mr. Artner has been working with Erste Bank since June 2000 as equity analyst, since October 2000 as head of the Austrian equity research and since January 2004 as Co-Head of the whole CEE equity research operations. In addition, he is sector analyst for listed real estate stocks. Before joining Erste Bank Mr. Artner worked for CA-IB Investment Bank (1996-2000), a unit of the BA-CA group, in the field of corporate finance and M&A advisory. Mr. Artner graduated from the Vienna University of Business Administration and Economics in 1996 and has acquired the CFA charter in 1999.
