Sergii has more than 15 years of experience in the Ukrainian real estate market and international business. He is a co-founder of the Polish-Ukrainian Real Estate Hub, an organisation which helps to create and develop businesses across multiple markets, both in Poland and Ukraine. He is also a co-founder of Maxify, an AI-based solution for residential developers which helps to optimise their pricing strategies with over €0.6 billion assets in their portfolio. Prior to that, was associated with retail, logistics and FMCG markets due to his career in Raben Group between 2007 and 2017 including participation in launching the biggest groupage delivery network and cross-dock facility in the country. In 2022, together with Property Forum, Sergii launched the "Rebuilding Ukraine Together" initiative, organising online webinars and offline panel discussions on Ukraine-related topics across Europe, connecting professionals from the Ukrainian market with Western European and CEE companies interested in doing business in Ukraine.
