Petar is a real estate, investment banking and distressed debt professional with extensive experience in CEE markets. He is a managing partner of BRIMA Real Estate, a leading proptech company that offers bespoke property solutions in the fields of agency, valuation, property design and visualization, advisory services and real estate development. Prior to his engagement in BRIMA, he acted as a managing partner of NAI WMG, a member of NAI Global that covers the markets of Serbia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Montenegro and Albania. He also held numerous lucrative positions in the real estate industry in Europe. He managed the real estate vehicle of UniCredit Group, UniCredit Turn-Around Management CEE in Vienna and was in charge of 12 CEE countries, he formed the Collateral Management function within UniCredit Bank Serbia where he acted as a Head for 6 years, he was the Head of Valuation Desk also within UniCredit Bank Serbia, he operated the real estate advisory services within WolfMcGill Group, acted as a financial analyst in Silverleaf Capital, etc. Petar is a member of RICS. He is also a RICS Registered Valuer, holds a national valuation license and is a member of the professional committee for valuations at the Serbian Ministry of Finance.
