SES currently operates about 30 shopping centres in six countries. Boštjan Brantuša has over 18 years of experience in the field of real estate and shopping centre management. He began his professional career in 1994 as a Managing Director and an Area Sales Officer at two regional trading companies in Slovenia. He joined SPAR/SES in 2004 as a Center Manager and continued his career as an SES Country Manager for Slovenia and Croatia. In 2016, he took over the responsibility for the Expansion of SES in the Croatian market as the Manager of Expansion and Development.

He relocated from the London office to Warsaw in 2013 to lead the Heitman Central European Income Fund. Prior to joining Heitman in 2010, he was the CEE regional Development Director/Asset Management Leader for GE Real Estate based in Prague. Previously, he led a pre-EU accession fund investing in Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania and Turkey based in Vienna and was the Managing Director of the CBRE Russia office in Moscow. David holds an MBA degree from George Mason University in Washington DC, a BS in Finance from Syracuse University in New York and has received professional designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). He was a founding member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) District Councils in Russia and CEE and is currently engaged in the executive committee to establish a District Council in Poland.

Prior to this, she was the CEO of Brooke Smith Planning, a UK based Planning & Development Consultancy, established in 1994, serving a wide range of international clients.
Louise was the first female Global President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (2014-15). Inter alia, she championed diversity & inclusivity and led a series of ground breaking initiatives including the RICS Inclusive Employers Quality Mark and the Property Strategy for Sub Saharan Africa.
She is a Freeman of the City of London and her various accolades include; Outstanding Woman in Construction (2015), National Achiever in Construction (2015) and was shortlisted for the First Woman Awards in 2014 and 2015. She has been awarded Honorary Doctorates from the Universities of Wolverhampton, Sheffield Hallam and Birmingham City.
Louise is retained as a UKGov adviser, a Governing Board Member of Birmingham City University and is Chairman of All We Can – the International Aid Agency.
