<p>Ms. Chkhaidze joined Revetas Capital in 2018 and serves as Director in the Investment team. She has 9 years of institutional experience in real estate and private equity across CEE through the provision of debt and equity financing to funds, JVs, co-investment partnerships, public and private companies. Prior to joining Revetas Capital, Ms. Chkhaidze was a Principal Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) where she worked during 2009-2018. At EBRD, she was focused on origination, execution monitoring of equity (including as a limited partner), senior debt, mezzanine and public bond financing transactions across all real estate asset classes in CEE with a total transaction volume of over EUR 2 billion. She holds a Masters degree in Finance from Cass Business School in the UK and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Caucasus University in Georgia. Originally from Georgia, she speaks fluent English, Russian and Georgian.</p>

Zuzana has been working for YIT Group since 2010. Currently, as Head of Real Estate, she is responsible for the development of build to rent projects and rental services in the Czech Republic including the rollout of the services across the region including Slovakia, Poland and Baltic countries. Prior to her current position, she was Customer Experience Manager in Central Eastern Europe. Zuzana has been working in residential development for 17 years and worked for companies like Orco Property Group or King Sturge. She has graduated at Tomas Bata University, Czech Republic and holds an Executive MBA from the European Institute of Purchasing Management in China/ France. She is also Member of the Board in Nordic Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic.

<p>Following a 23 year career in investment banking, Gary has spent the last 10 years engaged in the student housing sector, having led businesses in the UK, US and mainland Europe.<br />
In 2009, he established the UK business of Campus Living Villages, a Sydney based international specialist in on-campus student housing partnerships with 50,000 beds under operation in Australia, New Zealand and the United States. As CEO of the UK business, Gary oversaw its growth to a top five UK player with a portfolio of 15,000 beds in on campus partnerships as well as in the direct let sector.<br />
In 2015, he was seconded to the Houston, Texas based business of Campus Living Villages in the US, with a portfolio of 18,000 beds in ownership and operation across ten US states. In that role he led a restructuring and repositioning of the US business, returning to the UK at the end of 2017.<br />
From 2018, Gary has been the CEO of MILESTONE Living, part of the Vienna based Value One Group of Companies, which builds, owns and operates large scale purpose-built student housing across mainland Europe. MILESTONE currently has properties in operation and under development in Austria, Hungary and Portugal, with its first property opening in Germany in 2020. <br />

Victor Constantinescu is the Managing Partner of Kinstellar’s Bucharest office and the Co-Head of the firm-wide real estate practice. Kinstellar is a leading law firm in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, with offices in 10 countries and over 250 lawyers. Victor focuses on all aspects of real estate transactions in the region for a range of international investment funds and local developers and has over 15 years’ experience locally and regionally. Since joining Kinstellar in 2017, Victor has led transactions whose combined value exceed EUR 500 million. He began his career practicing in the United States before moving to Romania full-time in 2004. He is admitted to the New York and Bucharest Bars.

Daniel joined RICS in 2008 working in the Public Affairs and Policy teams based in London. Prior to joining, he had served as Chief of Staff and advisor to a number of Ministers in the NSW State Government. Daniel was actively involved in creating our Climate Change series of events in 2008 and 2009, influencing new UK Government planning legislation and in creating new policy in regard to energy efficiency and value of buildings. During this time, Daniel also developed a new Communications Strategy and team structure for RICS in the Asia region. In December 2010, he moved to a newly created strategy and planning role, where he has focused on developing our market insight capability and leading our strategic foresight based RICS Futures programme. He works closely with our Governing Council as they develop our corporate strategy. During the past two years he has been involved in creating our first Corporate Strategy and new strategic plans for the Land and Resources sector as well as a strategy for developing the profession in Sub-Saharan Africa. In our new markets such as Brazil, Daniel has also been directly engaging with the market to refine and implement our market entry plans.

Mihnea joined the EBRD Power & Energy Utilities (PEU) sector team in 2007 after spending seven years in ING in Structure Finance. Between 2007-2015 he covered the team's business in Romania and Moldova.
Since 2015, he joined EBRD Romania country team, as Deputy Head of Bucharest office. In his new capacity, he is responsible for the EBRD corporate sector business in Romania.
Mihnea has a PhD in Finance from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
