Jeff Alson joined Cushman & Wakefield’s growing Central and Eastern European Capital Markets team in 2016. Jeff is based in Prague and is part of the CE leadership team together with James Chapman. He is a Partner with the Firm as of 1st January 2016.
Jeff has 18 years of Real Estate experience including 12 years working in Central and Eastern Europe. He has held investment positions in CBRE in CEE and acted as principle in his capacity as Investment Acquisitions Director at Orco Property Group and Fund Manager at 3C Real Estate investment Management.
During this period Jeff has originated, executed or advised on ca. EUR 3 Billion of transactions across 5 countries. Including all major asset types and structures.
Jeff graduated from the Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom (MSc.) and is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2000.

Eric has over 22 years of experience in the real estate sector, principally as a developer and investor. He is a US national and spent the majority of the last 15 years in Europe, initially investing in Belgium, Germany, and the Slovak Republic. Eric has completed over €1 billion of real estate transactions throughout US and Europe.
In the 1990s, he founded and built the Gnome Group Inc into one of the most advanced data centre developers across the US and Europe. In 1999, Eric partnered with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds and served as Chairman and CEO of Metronexus, a real estate investment platform investing $300 million in 300,000 square metres of real estate in the US and Europe.
In 2002, he launched and built Bifrost Investment Group (predecessor to Revetas Capital) into a leading CEE investment and asset manager.
Since 2009, he has actively developed a platform to restructure and recapitalise distressed real estate in CEE. By early 2013, Eric successfully restructured and recapitalised over €200 million of debt leading to the formation of Revetas Capital.

Ben leads the team and company operations across Central & Eastern Europe for Prologis, the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate throughout Europe, Americas and Asia is responsible for all activities of Prologis in the CEE region (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia). He joined Prologis in 2008 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was the Managing Director for Central Europe. In this role, he was responsible for Poland, Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic, including the daily management of the Warsaw office and operations in Prague and Budapest. Ben has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, of which 15 years have been spent in Central Europe with Jones Lang LaSalle and Prologis. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Land Economy. He is also a UK-trained chartered surveyor.

Bečár joined P3 in 2007 as Business Director Slovakia and was subsequently promoted to the role of Managing Director Slovakia, taking responsibility for business development, acquisitions and growth in that market. In 2010 his role was expanded to include responsibility for P3’s operations in the Czech Republic. As Managing Director Czech Republic and Slovakia, Bečár oversaw a significant extension of P3’s presence in these countries, with development at six different locations in the region. In late 2013 he took on the role of Managing Director CEE. Prior to joining P3, he was a Founder and Executive Director of WebCom Ltd. and Comsultia Ltd. Bečár holds a Strategic Management degree from Comenius University in Bratislava and is a Board Member of Investment Support Association (Slovakia).
Paul Betts is Managing Director of M7 in Central Europe, based in Prague but responsible for operations across the Central European region. Paul has been working in real estate for 26 years and has been based overseas for over 22 years in Central Europe and France. Prior to joining M7 in May 2015, Paul was Head of EMEA Logistics at Jones Lang LaSalle. He was a Director responsible for the coordination of all business services offered within the Logistics sector across the EMEA region. He was also a member of the Global Logistics Board. Prior to this Paul was a Partner of King Sturge and Managing Director of the French operations.
Previously, Paul was located in Prague for King Sturge becoming Managing Director in 1995. He oversaw the team expansion from eight to 25 and was involved in the formation of new offices in Poland, Hungary and Croatia. Paul advised on a number of the earliest institutional investment transactions in the region for clients including GE Capital and HypoVereinsbank as well as providing development advice including site assembly for Skanska. Paul significantly diversified the range of property services available for investor, developers and occupiers in the emerging Czech market.

Prior to joining CBRE in mid-2012, Dr Blake was Director of Economic Analysis at Oxford Economics having previously worked for Experian Business Strategies, Wharton Econometrics (Global Insight) and the University of East Anglia. He holds degrees from the Universities of York and Warwick. Neil has extensive knowledge of economic and property market modelling and forecasting (with over 25 years’ experience) having developed the Oxford Economics European Cities and Global Cities models. At CBRE, Neil heads the EMEA research leads on forecasting investment performance and on strategic investment advice within the EMEA research team. He is an extensive experience of media and public speaking and gave the opening address at this year’s CEDEM Real Estate Investment Summit in Prague.

A graduate in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management from Brighton University, and a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (FIH). With almost 35 years of hotel & catering experience in operations, consulting and business development, Darren joined the Carlson Rezidor development team in Moscow in March 2006. Previously engaged with Starwood, De Vere, Forte, Renaissance, and IHG in the UK, USA, Bermuda and Hong Kong he initially worked in Eastern Europe in May 1992. Since then he has resided the past 25 years in Russia, Azerbaijan and Ukraine. The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has 1,400 hotels in operation and under development, with a global footprint covering 115 countries and territories. Within Eastern Europe Carlson Rezidor manage 100 hotels with over 23,000 guestrooms open and in operation, including the Radisson Blu Hotel Bucharest and the Park Inn by Radisson Bucharest.

Georg Blaschke is an educated banker and holds a university degree in business administration. He has almost 20 years of experience in real estate finance in USA, UK, France, Benelux and CEE. At professional posts in London, New York and Frankfurt he has been responsible for loan origination, credit management and business development. Now based in Frankfurt he is responsible for Poland in the loan origination team for "Continental Europe" at Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba). Since the start of activities in these markets in 2006 the team has originated and underwritten financings of about EUR 4.0 billion.
