Jana has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate market in CEE. Since August 2022, Jana has been responsible for Office Agency and Workplace Advisory teams in her combined Director role. Jana joined Colliers in April 2012 to take over the role of Head of Office Agency and in August 2019 she was promoted to the position of Director of Workplace Advisory. She is responsible for Occupier Services in the Czech Republic as well as representation of the landlords having office properties in their portfolios. Colliers Occupiers Services teams are covering the full process from Workplace Advisory to the final office move-in including change management. Prior to joining Colliers, Jana worked as the Managing Director of Bank Austria Real Invest Asset Management CR. She was responsible for providing full asset management services to internal as well as external clients. She managed a portfolio of 9 properties through CEE with a total value close to €200 million and a lettable area of 100,000 sq.m. Jana started her carrier in office leasing as part of the DTZ team. Jana has a Diploma in Surveying at the College of Estate Management Reading and is a member of RICS.
