Dyskret Polska, represented by Cushman & Wakefield, has finalised the disposal of the Vinci Office Center in Kraków. The buyer and the transaction price have not been disclosed. 


The Vinci Office Center is a modern Class A office building in Opolska Street in Krakow. Delivered in 2010, it offers 20,400 sqm of modern office space with state-of-the-art telecommunications and security systems.
 
Dyskret Polska is a Polish company and a market leader in implementation of new technologies for integrated security management systems (SMS) active on the market of security systems for more than 25 years. The company provided services as general contractor and deputy-substitutive investor for the whole investment.
 
Acting on behalf of Dyskret Polska, Marcin Kocerba, ‎Senior Investment Surveyor, Soren Rodian Olsen, Partner and Michał Wachowicz, Investment Surveyor in the Capital Markets department of Cushman & Wakefield, were responsible for planning, execution and successful completion of the transaction.
