William Bucknell has been leading the real estate team since joining Flow East in 2005. William has a degree in Quantity Surveying from Reading University and qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with Gardiner & Theobald in London. He has experience in the UK, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia, Romania and Ukraine. William has overseen more than 250,000 m2 of development projects and is an experienced asset manager with responsibility for 400 tenants and over EUR 15 million of income per year. William is based in Prague and is Chairman of the board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the Czech Republic.

Christopher Zeuner heads LaSalle’s Central European business and is responsible for managing and growing LaSalle’s business in the region and is focused predominantly on Poland and the Czech Republic. Christopher joined LaSalle in 2012, as part of LaSalle’s acquisition of JER Partners. Previously, Christopher Zeuner was Head of Business Development for GE Real Estate in Central and Eastern Europe and has lived in both Warsaw and Prague. Christopher chairs LaSalle’s Continental Europe Business Initiatives Group and chairs assessment panels for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Paul BettsManaging Director, M7
Paul Betts is Managing Director of M7 in Central Europe, based in Prague but responsible for operations across the Central European region. Paul has been working in real estate for 26 years and has been based overseas for over 22 years in Central Europe and France. Prior to joining M7 in May 2015, Paul was Head of EMEA Logistics at Jones Lang LaSalle. He was a Director responsible for the coordination of all business services offered within the Logistics sector across the EMEA region. He was also a member of the Global Logistics Board. Prior to this Paul was a Partner of King Sturge and Managing Director of the French operations. Previously, Paul was located in Prague for King Sturge becoming Managing Director in 1995. He oversaw the team expansion from eight to 25 and was involved in the formation of new offices in Poland, Hungary and Croatia. Paul advised on a number of the earliest institutional investment transactions in the region for clients including GE Capital and HypoVereinsbank as well as providing development advice including site assembly for Skanska. Paul significantly diversified the range of property services available for investor, developers and occupiers in the emerging Czech market.
Tomáš ChloupekMember of Board of Directors, APS Holding
With over 14 years of experience in NPL collections and commercial banking, Tomáš has been responsible for developing and expanding APS’s business from its inception. Prior to joining APS, Tomáš worked in the Collections Department of Komercni Banka. He graduated in Law from Charles University in Prague. APS is one of the leading distressed asset and debt investors and recovery firms in the CEE and SEE region. The nominal value of portfolios under APS advisory is above EUR 4 bn. APS is covering 11 countries with over 600 professionals.
Richard CurranManaging Director, CBRE
Richard Curran is Managing Director of CBRE in the Czech Republic with over 18 years’ experience in the Czech commercial real estate market. Richard has led the office since 2008, having joined the company in 2004, and during this time has overseen the growth of the office from 35 people to almost 400. Richard now focuses on Capital Markets concurrently with his role as MD. He provides investment, development and leasing advice to a host of CBRE clients, most notably, Skanska, AIG Lincoln, Morgan Stanley, DEKA, Invesco, IVG and FINEP. Richard has been involved in market-defining transactions such as acquiring on behalf of TPG/P3 an industrial portfolio from Tristan Capital and the largest single asset acquisition in CEE: the Palladium Shopping Centre in Prague.
David Dušek PhD.Head of Real Estate Valuation Section, UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s.
David Dušek is in charge of valuing real estate in UniCredit Bank in the Czech Republic and Slovakia across all segments. He is responsible for the work of internal and more than two hundred external evaluators. Within the framework of the Czech Banking Association he acts as Chairman of the Property Valuation Working Group. He also works with the University of Economics where he teaches market valuation and works as an expert assessor of a certification institute.
Carlo GradlManaging Director, MAX Immo
Carlo Gradl was born and grew up in Bavaria, Germany. In 1993 he moved to Prague, Czech Republic and started working in real estate. Throughout the following years he gained in-depth and practical experience in residential, commercial and retail leasing, real estate investments, development, shopping center management and asset management. Carlo maintains a wide network of specialized contacts. His company, MAX Immo, is based in Prague and specialized on prime locations, high street retail lettings and investments.
Bert Hesselink MRICSHead of Industrial & Logistics, Senior Director, CBRE
Bert Hesselink is the Head of Industrial & Logistics at CBRE. In this position he is responsible for helping clients succeed with their business in the Czech Republic and to get the most out of their industrial and logistics real estate. As a Member of the Board, Bert is continuously improving the delivery of CBRE’s integrated service platform to build competitive advantage for CBRE’s clients and to make CBRE a great place to work. Bert Hesselink has held various positions within CBRE and most recently in his role as Business Development Director and Operations Director was responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects within CBRE’s more than 300-employee organization in the Czech Republic. Simultaneously, he was responsible for establishing CBRE’s Workplace Strategies business line advising companies on functional office concepts with a special focus on new ways of working. Prior to that, he led the Office Agency team for the first time into the #1 agency by market share in Prague in 2014, and he jointly established the industrial agency department in 2004 which was developed into a market leader within a time span of just 4 years. Bert started his career as an office agent in the Amsterdam office of CBRE in the Netherlands.

Ferdinand Hlobil is the International Partner and Head of Industrial in Central and Eastern Europe. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1995 and became a Partner of the firm. He coordinates the CEE industrial teams and the cross-border flows of developers, investors and occupiers. He has considerable experience of the Central European property market in industrial, retail warehousing and various land acquisitions. Ferdinand is a member of the Logistics Managers Club.

Richard is Head of the Valuation & Advisory Services team covering the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Richard joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1999 and worked in the London office prior to his move to the Czech Republic. He has now been active in the CEE market place since 2003. Richard became a Partner in 2011.
Jaroslav Kaizr MRICSBusiness Director, CTP
Jaroslav joined CTP at the start of 2014 and brings deep experience and knowledge of the industrial market in the Czech Republic. His focus is to ensure that our properties are full across the portfolio. With his background in the Prague industrial market, he is also tasked with ramping up our efforts at expanding our portfolio in the dynamic and large Prague region. Jaroslav holds Masters degrees from the University of Economics in Prague and Sheffield Hallam University.

Frédéric Le Fichoux is a partner at Cushman & Wakefield. He is leading the hotel transactions’ teams in Continental Europe and supporting the hospitality team in Central & Eastern Europe. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Fred has an extensive knowledge of the hotel real estate sector and is a recognized expert in the European market. He has spent the last 10 years in managing and growing the hospitality team for the CEE region at Cushman and Wakefield. His latest responsibilities are focused on hotel transaction advisory and brokerage services across continental Europe. Fred has advised on the acquisition and disposal of over EUR 700 million of hotel transactions in Europe over the past years. He holds a MBA in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and ESSEC Business School. He is also Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2010.
George LeslieHead of Investment Management, HB Reavis
George Leslie is the Head of Investment Management at HB Reavis. In this role, Leslie leads and grows HB Reavis’ Investment Management business and supports the company’s international expansion plans. George Leslie has eighteen years of experience in Europe, with a focus on CE, working on behalf of financial institutions in a broad range of undertakings. He was formerly head of CEE at GLL, where he managed more than €1 billion of transactions in core, JV-development and value-add investments in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania. In 2009, George established his own company, Resolution Capital Management, to provide cross-border capital recovery services to financial institutions. In recent years he has successfully performed wide-ranging projects including real estate fund restructurings, crisis-management take-overs, complex situation workouts and value-add investments involving firms such as Europa Capital, Helaba, PBB, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and other top-tier financial institutions.

Prior to joining Logicor in September 2014 he spent four years at Prologis as Country Manager, Poland, overseeing asset management, development, built-to-suit and leasing operations in Poland. Prior to that he was with Jones Lang LaSalle Poland for nearly eight years where he was responsible for office leasing across Poland, advising tenants, investors and developers. Mr. Mierzwiak is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and also holds a Law & Administration degree from Warsaw University.

Marie Passburg is the Managing Director of Skanska Property Czech Republic, sustainable office buildings developer, part of Skanska Commercial Development Europe. She is responsible for managing the Czech organization, project management, leasing, land acquisition and divestment. She joined Skanska in 2001 and has performed in various roles within company in the Nordic countries, Central Europe and the UK. Marie is also vice president at the Nordic Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic.
Mark RobinsonCEE Research Specialist, Colliers International
22 years of equity investment, stock broking and capital markets experience in Emerging Markets. Most significant experience (15 years) is in the stock markets of Eastern Europe. 8 years as an equity fund manager specialising in Eastern Europe. 7 years as a Head of Research/Equities. More recently specialised in global cross asset allocation, including consideration of real estate. Detailed knowledge of macroeconomics in Eastern Europe and factors driving future growth and risks arising. Engaged presently to drive CEE Regional Research output and engage with internal and external clients. Mr. Számely held various positions in the property/finance market over the last 18 years including major international property consulting firms and retail developers. His education includes MKKE – Economics Budapest, an MPhil in Land Economy from Cambridge University, and an MSc in Real Estate from BKE-BME-TNTU, Budapest-Nottingham UK. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Member of the Board at RICS Magyarország and RICS Europe.

We will send a confirmation email in the case of online registration. (The data and the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation" have to be accepted during registration.) We will send a Fee Requesting Notice by email based on the data that are approved in the course of registration after the acceptance the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation". The fee has to be paid within 8 workdays of the confirmation of the registration. The invoice will be issued after payment. We will post the invoice to you to the address that is given in the registration. An online application is classified as an order. Paying the participation fee in advance is a prerequisite of participating at the event. We accept cancellations and provide a full refund - EXCLUSIVELY IN WRITING at the address of firstname.lastname@example.org - till 12 hours on the fifth workday before the event. In the case of cancellations made after this time the participation may be assigned, but the complete fee has to be paid. We are not in a position to accept cancellations made via phone or in any other verbal form. It is not possible to cancel participation in the case of registrations that are made after the cancellation deadline. In the case of registrations made 1 or 2 workdays before the event it may happen that the transfer of the participation fee will not be credited to our bank account yet, therefore in this case it is possible to transfer the fee on the first workday after the event. Since online applications are classified as orders, we are not in a position to accept ex post complaints - including absence from the event, because of the lack of transferring the fee - after the cancellation deadline. The complete fee has to be paid in this case as well - provided no written cancellation was received by us till the cancellation deadline.
