David is the head of the European Investment Strategy team based in the Cushman & Wakefield Cross Border Capital Markets group. His main area of responsibility is in producing and managing investment and strategy research on behalf of the firm and our clients. He is editor to a number of the firm’s international capital markets publications and has a wide range of experience supporting both development and investment decision making with economic and property market analysis, risk and return analysis and strategy development. Recent successes for David and his team have included work on sales and acquisition strategies for a range of clients across the region as well as the development of a global investment strategy for a Sovereign Wealth Fund, supporting strategy development for an IPO in Asia and developing strategy to assist a fund raising in Europe

Noah M. Steinberg the Chairman and the CEO WING. He is an American citizen, but he has been working in Hungary since 1990, for Wallis, then with WING. Having over 15 years of experience in strengthening the cooperation among local and international companies, managing several companies present in the sales, services and real estate market. Works in his current position since 1999. He studied in Princeton college and at the Diplomat Academy of Vienna. He is married, the father of two, speaks 5 languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Hungarian).
Eric AssimakopoulosFounder & Managing Partner, Revetas Capital
Eric has over 22 years of experience in the real estate sector, principally as a developer and investor. He is a US national and spent the majority of the last 15 years in Europe, initially investing in Belgium, Germany, and the Slovak Republic. Eric has completed over €1 billion of real estate transactions throughout US and Europe. In the 1990s, he founded and built the Gnome Group Inc into one of the most advanced data centre developers across the US and Europe. In 1999, Eric partnered with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds and served as Chairman and CEO of Metronexus, a real estate investment platform investing $300 million in 300,000 square metres of real estate in the US and Europe. In 2002, he launched and built Bifrost Investment Group (predecessor to Revetas Capital) into a leading CEE investment and asset manager. Since 2009, he has actively developed a platform to restructure and recapitalise distressed real estate in CEE. By early 2013, Eric successfully restructured and recapitalised over €200 million of debt leading to the formation of Revetas Capital.

Georg Blaschke is an educated banker and holds a university degree in business administration. He has almost 20 years of experience in real estate finance in USA, UK, France, Benelux and CEE. At professional posts in London, New York and Frankfurt he has been responsible for loan origination, credit management and business development. Now based in Frankfurt he is responsible for Poland in the loan origination team for "Continental Europe" at Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba). Since the start of activities in these markets in 2006 the team has originated and underwritten financings of about EUR 4.0 billion.

Gijs Klomp is currently working in the transaction department of NEPI covering the CEE markets. Gijs Klomp is a Dutch citizen and specialist in real estate management, who attended the Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands. He had his first contact with the Romanian market back in 2000, during his internship and at "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism in Bucharest. Upon graduation in 2002, he joined ING Real Estate Investment Management in The Hague as a Research Analyst, covering the Dutch real estate market. After 3 years, Gijs Klomp relocated to Prague, taking over the CEE Research role. He was involved in numerous acquisitions and attained capital markets and property valuation proficiency. In 2006, Mr. Klomp set up the ING Real Estate Investment Management business in Romania, moving to Bucharest, where he lived for two years. He was responsible for sourcing investment opportunities in the office and retail sectors and as such explored several acquisition possibilities throughout Romania. ING Real Estate Investment Management (ING REIM) was bought in 2011 by US property company CBRE, and became CBRE Global Investors, while Mr. Klomp was promoted to CEE Transaction Manager. Starting May 2013, Gijs Klomp joined Jones Lang LaSalle in Romania as Managing Director, after 11 years spent in ING REIM and subsequently CBRE Global Investors. In early 2015, Mr. Klomp returned to CBRE head CBRE’s Romanian capital markets practice and later also became head of capital markets CEE. As of July 2016, he moved to New Europe Property Investments (NEPI), a public property company that specializes in retail real estate to become part of their investment team. NEPI is the largest retail property landlord in Romania and is expanding its geographical coverage through investments in the Czech Republic, Serbia and Slovakia. Also other CEE markets are currently being targeted.
Jeffrey MatsuSenior Economist, RICS
Jeffrey Matsu is Senior Economist at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) covering global economic trends affecting real estate, property and land. He provides market analysis and thought leadership on key areas related to the world built environment. Prior to this, Jeff was a global macro economist at Morgan Stanley and served on the research staff at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System in Washington DC. He has also worked as a currency strategist at Principal Global Investors in London, as an economist at the US Department of Commerce, and as a renewable energy program manager for the State of Hawaii. Jeff holds degrees in economics from the University of Washington and Johns Hopkins University.

Tom Mundy, is a director in JLL's Capital Markets research and strategy team in London. Prior to joining JLL Tom served as chief strategist for Russia's largest private bank and before that was an emerging markets equity strategist for Renaissance Capital's number one ranked strategy team in Moscow. Before this this Tom was instrumental in the development of a leading Russian hedge fund and was involved in all areas of the fund's development including capital raising and fund structuring. He has given policy advice to the central bank and government of Russia and Kazakhstan and is a graduate of Oxford University and University College London.

Andrea Sartori, the Global Head of Sports, and Head of Real Estate, Leisure and Tourism in Central & Eastern Europe of the KPMG, working in the Budapest office of the company since 1994. Prior to this, she was the manager of tourism development group of the company in Cape Town, South Africa. During the five years in Africa and the ten years spent in CEU, she completed over a hundred real estate related assignments, several marketing and financial feasibility studies, investment and transactional consultations, valuations, operative audits and business plans. In her carrier, Andrea cooperated in many mixed-use development projects, e.g. the feasibility of offices, commercial facilities, hotels, apartments, golf courses over in twenty countries of Europe, Middle East and Africa. She is often cited by leading professional papers, and she is a regular visiting presenter in international conferences and seminars.

Árpád Török has been in the international property development and advisory business for more than 20 years including 15 years with TriGranit, having previously held senior management positions at Cushman & Wakefield in Hungary and Greece. He was appointed to CEO of TriGranit in 2009, The company has since succeeded to obtain over 1 billion Euros in financing and refinancing to develop around 950,000 m² of projects completed or currently under construction. Born in 1973, Mr. Török holds an MBA in European business administration from the University of Lincoln.
Christopher Zeuner MRICSManaging Director CEE, LaSalle Investment
Christopher Zeuner heads LaSalle’s Central European business and is responsible for managing and growing LaSalle’s business in the region and is focused predominantly on Poland and the Czech Republic. Christopher joined LaSalle in 2012, as part of LaSalle’s acquisition of JER Partners. Previously, Christopher Zeuner was Head of Business Development for GE Real Estate in Central and Eastern Europe and has lived in both Warsaw and Prague. Christopher chairs LaSalle’s Continental Europe Business Initiatives Group and chairs assessment panels for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

We will send a confirmation email in the case of online registration. (The data and the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation" have to be accepted during registration.) We will send a Fee Requesting Notice by email based on the data that are approved in the course of registration after the acceptance the "Conditions of Registration, Payment and Cancellation". The fee has to be paid within 8 workdays of the confirmation of the registration. The invoice will be issued after payment. We will post the invoice to you to the address that is given in the registration. An online application is classified as an order. Paying the participation fee in advance is a prerequisite of participating at the event. We accept cancellations and provide a full refund - EXCLUSIVELY IN WRITING at the address of email@example.com - till 12 hours on the fifth workday before the event. In the case of cancellations made after this time the participation may be assigned, but the complete fee has to be paid. We are not in a position to accept cancellations made via phone or in any other verbal form. It is not possible to cancel participation in the case of registrations that are made after the cancellation deadline. In the case of registrations made 1 or 2 workdays before the event it may happen that the transfer of the participation fee will not be credited to our bank account yet, therefore in this case it is possible to transfer the fee on the first workday after the event.
